Hurricane Katrina devastated Louisiana in 2005. These posters were created as a reminder that it would take more financial support than other catastrophes to complete the recovery. As a symbol, Hurricane Katrina was embodied as a witch and in each execution, she lavishes in the spoils she took from Louisiana  – ranging from photos of the victims, to possessions, to the jazz music scene.
